I joined Jon Lynch and the Tiger Music team after attending the last Photo Biz nite back in June. It was such a fun night, I met so many great people but oh wow was it an exercise in chaos. I realised that Jon and his team had all these great ideas - and the events they were doing have such enormous potential to get the creative community really talking - and yet they lacked the know-how to actually put these ideas into workable, capable, functioning, well organised events. Fortunately, it's what I used to do for a living back in the olde country.

So here I am, 3 months later, planning the next Photo Biz Nite. It's stressful, and a lot of people are just too shy or lack confidence to do the presentations I am asking of them, but I'll get there. I'm planning some great panel discussions with some key figures in the photo community and some useful presentations from photography service companies too.... but it's slow going.

Please, Photo Biz members, I need your help to make the next photobiz a night to remember, one that will be truly useful to those in attendance.
